About Us and our Philosophy

Probably more important than technical abilities, is a genuine interest in developing GIS applications, because there is a power in appropriately applying geospatial technologies for many industries and businesses. Also, being self-directed and proactive is the biggest plus!

Integral has had the good fortune of working on diverse projects, and that is not likely to change, so a willingness to explore new techniques and application areas is quite important to the team.

Integral is growing. The emphasis has been on sustained growth and we have been perhaps overly conservative in our hiring, concentrating on mentoring within and building a talented team.

Integral provides a very good benefits package, including full-paid medical, dental, vision, prescription drug benefits (Regence Blue-Shield), 401(k) with match, paid holidays, etc…
