Teamwork
So far, Integral GIS has excelled at innovating and evolving our application of
spatial technologies to the problems our clients face. However, as a leader within
the spatial technology industry, we continuously examine our capabilities and
opportunities for growth. Teamwork, which pivots around the ability to effectively
communicate with the people you work with, is a consistent challenge and component
of work that every organization faces.
Recently, Integral GIS embarked on an initiative to further develop our team’s
connection, energy, and ability to engage one another in crucial conversations. By
increasing our skills in this area, we believe we will improve our overall performance
and increase the satisfaction of our clients.
Playing, having fun, and facing adversity together on team challenges strengthens bonds
and builds trust between team members.
